It was a lovely meeting last week. Karen Davey, from Heritage Roses Australia, gave an interesting talk and slide presentation answering the question of “Why Should I Grow Heritage Roses”. Ericka gave an informative talk on the vanilla bean and the display table showed recipes of herbal remedies for winter ailments. Supper was pea and ham soup and pumpkin soup with bread rolls. Yum, thank you to the soup makers! ?
